DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add 12 - 20 fl oz (360 ml – 600 ml) of water to a shaker cup or blender and then add 1 serving of powder; shake or blend for 15 - 20 seconds and enjoy — you may use 2 servings per day! Adjust amount of water to achieve your personal taste preference.
