Sueno™ Suggested Use

Users may mix 1 scoop or 2 scoops in 8-14oz of water. New users and those sensitive to sleep aids should start with one scoop to assess tolerance. Advanced users may increase dosage to 2 scoops. Consume 30-60 minutes prior to desired bedtime. Tastes best cold. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SCOOPS SIMULTANEOUSLY OR EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24-HOUR PERIOD.
